By downloading, installing, or using WakeRush ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WakeRush is a gamified alarm clock application that requires users to complete real-world missions to dismiss alarms. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. Subscription Plans

• Free Tier: Basic alarm functionality with ads and limited missions.
• Pro Subscription: Premium features including ad-free experience, all missions (Photo, Barcode, Shake, Math), Wake-Up Check, and Unstoppable Mode.
• Pricing: Monthly ($4.99/month) and Annual ($39.99/year) plans are available.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4. Payment and Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use certain features of the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to interact with the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by WakeRush and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

9. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• WakeRush is not responsible for any missed alarms or consequences thereof.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WakeRush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
